Cornwall Council chief executive Kevin Lavery has written to all members of the council to say that the 10-page letter from waste disposal supremo David Owens, supporting the St Dennis incinerator project, was requested by the planning inspector. The inspector apparently denies this. There will be a paper trail and I will get to the bottom of it.
