Much mirth at County Hall over this, amid fevered speculation over who is responsible. Councillor Graeme Hicks, Redruth's Independent cabinet member for transport, clearly has a sense of humour and tells me it's all part of the fun. But I confess that if you're new to the debate about Penzance harbour, this probably isn't the best place to start.
